The LIM Citrix Server is accessed using the HTTPS protocol (port 443) with a signed CERTIFICATE from Thawte.
In order to run applications the computer being used to view the web page must have either Sun's JAVA Runtime Environment (J2SE) Version 1.5.0 or higher installed or the Citrix Web Client must be downloaded and installed.
If the version is correct, proceed to log in and run the applications. If the Citrix Web Client is to be used, once installed and logged in select the Customization ICON 
in the Applications window to change the "Client Deployment Preference" to "Local Client". Proceed to run the applications.
